You can
backup NCS Apple Accounts on the CD or any other media. To
backup your data you need to copy your
C:\PROJ3 folder to any
write able

Q-4: I want to take my data to home to do some work and next day I want to bring it back to restore on the office computer, is it possible? Ans:
You can run the NCS Apple Accounts on the network. To use the software on the network you need
to upgrade your desktop license to the server license and you
will also need to buy the workstations for the network

Q-6: If I want some modification in the program?
Ans:
The software can be modified
to some extent. You may request for the addition of new
reports which are required by you. You will need to pay extra
for the modification. However it should be cleared to you that
those modifications are not accepted by the Next Century
Software which required the change in the basic system
structure.
Q-7: If some error occurred in the software?
Ans:
Bugs and errors can not be
avoided in the development of the software. The errors may
appear during the normal operation of the software. Next

programming and operational errors. Some programming errors
can be repaired by downloading the software upgrade from this
