This message appears on your screen before opening the main menu or login screen of your software.

Cause: The file mousehook.dll is not present on your computer.

Solution: You need to download mousehool.dll file and put it in your program folder.

for example if you are using NCS School Management System then you must copy mousehook.dll in c:\proj2\sms2000 folder. To know the exact folder of your product goto your product page.

The error will be removed when software restart.
